The Simeanna Apartments are subsidized by HUD and are available to
individuals and couples who qualify under HUD admission guidelines. The
three complexes offer apartment living for people 62 years of age and older, with five percent of the apartments designated for the mobility impaired, regardless of age.

All buildings have a security system, laundry facilities and activity room. A Wellness Coordinator is also available to meet with residents. Each apartment is carpeted
and furnished with a stove and refrigerator. A shuttle bus and city bus are
readily accessible, as are the many available activities such as Bible
studies and card games.
